Planning & Zoning Committee

 

Regular meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. in the Rutledge Room in the Community Center.

Agendas will be posted at Mann's grocery store, BayLake Bank, Hansen's BP Gas Station, the Community Center (Clinic/Library Entrance), the Town Office and on this web site.  Agendas will normally be posted at least a week prior to Regular meetings.

Special meetings may be called at any time - for example: petitions for Variance; Conditional Use, etc.  This is in order meet County deadlines and/or Town Board meetings.  Agendas must be posted at least 24 hours in advance - minimum of 2 hours for good cause.

The Public is Welcome to attend all meetings.  Letters regarding zoning matters may be sent to the WIZAP Co-Chairs at any time.

Public Notice: Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Meetings Law Notice (Wis. Stat. 19.84):  More than two Town Board members may be present at Regular and/or Special WIZAP meetings.
